Thank you for your reply. I wanted to use the USB storage for saving trending data so i would not be consuming the panel storage. Your reply would indicate that this is not feasible. I can use the backup to USB function in IX but i would have to then copy the files to the FTP accessible directory - ...

USB Access in FTP
Does anyone know if I can access the files stored on the connected USB drive via the FTP connection?
I am able to connect to the FTP server running in the Panel (QTERM-A12) but the directory listing is blank.
Any info would be great.

Thanks for the reply. I seen the other topic on here for using popup and it does make sense. It would be cumbersome though to have to assign a pointer to each tag group I need to use in popup. Thank you for the response Loyd. I understand your solution - basically have a stack of alarm viewers and make them visible through the CurrentAlarmView Tag.
