I have already uninstalled iX developer & related .Net & C++,C# software.
But the problem is still persist.
Actually it is not allowing me to uninstall .Net framework 4 & 2.
It showing message that it is being used by another program.

While launching the iX Developer it is showing the error message "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component". iX Developer was working properly before, but after a month or so I have again launch the software & showing this error.
