Hello!
You can use the Analog Numeric or the slider object to adjust the Backlight Brightness level. You just need to place the object of your choice on the screen and hook it up to the 'SystemTagBacklightBrighnessLevel' System tag.

The appearance 'enabled' checkbox, when unchecked, will gray out the object and make it so the object can not be selected.

The easiest way to determine the number of items in a text library is to export the text library to an excel file.

Characters can not be limited in the text box object. However, the analog numeric object can be set to 'string', with a limited number of characters and can be manipulated to look like a text box.
