How can I reboot my application after I do a close of the application, without having to download or to power it off?

I've got this error after I converted my project to the last version of IX developer. I can still open it in my version of IX developer 2.0 that isnt updated though :S

And with a script how would it be? I tried to code it referring myself to a website to learn how to code C # but it downt work at all.

I saved my application and when I reopened it the error didnt show again so I wasnt able to copy the full description of the error. I think it was an error in my tag files when I imported it.

I imported a .txt of tags that i needed in my project. After I imported and overwrited everything, during the transfer a message error popped saying that an unhandled exception appeared. Here are some screenshots of the error. What can I do to fix that?
