For future reference using iX drivers for the Micro 820/850, use the Allen-Bradley Ethernet/IP driver, and select NO for enable rack position addressing.
You can only access the Global Variable tags, but not the __SYSVA tags.

I just wanted to toss this in - I successfully connected to a Rexroth PPC-R running Indralogic 1.8 (and Synax 13, but I don't think that's relevant) via Ethernet. The necessary settings in iX are to use a CoDeSys ARTI controller, port 1200, V2 TCP/IP Level 2 Route, Motorola Byte Order, ELAU Controll...

I'm wondering if I can use iX to program a TREQ-VM.
It looks like it has nearly the same specs as a QTERM-A7.
What would it take to install the iX runtime on the TREQ-VM and could I develop the screens and download them as if it were a QTERM?
