NEW T7A Without Embedded CE 6.0

Hello guys...

Some weeks ago, i buyed four HMI T7A Model. I programmed two of these T7A without problems.

Now I have opened the others two HMI and they don't permit assign ip, calibrate, etc... only the screen of "update mode" if i touch the screen... and if i don't touch the screen, then it show a hourglass always.

WTF!!!!! Thanks!!!

Solved

I had the T7A a month without power and the main battery is exhausted.
I reloaded the firmware and all OK.

I post it in case anyone had the same problem.

What is the serial number on those units?

Hello Mark,

These T7A had a problem that could not boot:
Serial Number: 1221-00227
Serial Number: 1221-00224

This T7A works without problems
Serial Number: 1221-00228

All T7A was part of the same shipment but I programmed one at a time and the first two were about a month without power
