Is there any way to change the T4A "Welcome To" splash screen?

There is no way for the end user to change the "Welcome Screen" on a TxA. If you are planning on purchasing a large number of units, then it would be possible to create a custom firmware package for you with a custom "Welcome screen".

On Qterm Ax units you can change the welcome screen with a little extra work.

How do you change it on a QTerm Ax panel?

I can access the file explorer by launching the explorer.exe process, but I'm not able to find the image or file I need to edit.

The image is not something that can be created/edited by an end user. It must be done by a Beijer Support representative.
