Display white screen after Load BIOS CMOS Default in TA150

I´m using IX Panel TA150.
After load BIOS CMOS default, HMI display white screen and don´t load USB or SD. Now, I can´t open BIOS SETUP.

It loses BIOS stup? What is happenes?
How can i get/save BIOS/FIRMWARE now?

Please, i need your help.
