Beijer HMI X2 pro 4 error code

Hi,

I'm doing a project with Beijer X2 pro 4 and I'm able to download the project to the HMI without problem. Application starts normally but after a few seconds I get an error message that says "Wrong panel hardware. Terminating application".

I have used the same project in many same types of HMI's without any problems, so in my opinion it shouldn't be the software.

Any ideas what could be the problem?
