Hello,
I have an ix panel T4A.
How can I find the latest firmware available and how do I go about updating the firmware?

We do not recommend updating firmware unless there is a feature that you need or a problem you are having with the terminal.

You can use the contact page on our website and request the firmware if you want it.

We send you a exe file that conects to the terminal over Ethernet and then downloads the firmware to the unit.
