V2.0 SP1 Install Dev or Runtime

Update instructions say both must be same version. Installed SP1 Dev package OK then tried to install SP1 Runtime. Message says Dev must be removed to proceed with Runtime. What is the difference in the packages? Are both required?

AND... change the startup screen to reflect the current version. After update it still shows V2.0. At the least it should say V2.0 SP1 or better yet V2.0.463

The runtime is installed when you install iX Developer. It is only used to install files on a machine in which you want to run applications developed in ix Developer.

SP1 is most bug fixes.
