The error message on the attached picture appears on attempt to export tags as Excel file. The similar one appears on attempt to import tags.
This happens under 32-bit Win7, as well as under 64-bit Win10.
What may be wrong?

Re: Cannot export/import tags
I know this is an older post, but were you able to get this resolved? If so, what were the steps to resolution?

Re: Cannot export/import tags
Never solved in v2.2.
The projects was finished in v2.4 (which has own bugs btw).

Re: Cannot export/import tags
Oh good, what version of 2.40?
We are aware of some bugs in 2.40 SP4, but what bugs are you experiencing? We'll add them to the list if they're not already.

Re: Cannot export/import tags
Both 2.40SP2 and 2.40SP4 intermittently fall into fatal error in Windows 10, and would not open the project anymore. If the source code was not downloaded to the display, the project is then lost.
Ended up running the 2.40SP4 in 32-bit virtual machine under Windows 7 Pro, where it is stable.
Also, the software remains not WYSIWYG. Text location on running display is always different from the design view. Come on, guys, its 21st century.

Re: Cannot export/import tags
It sounds like this might be project specific, are you able to replicate it in a blank project with a handful of tags?
If you're able to we can look at your project if you send it to us.
