access alarm sms routing in a script (T15C)

hi.

im setting up a alarm server in my Project that gonna send sms though email.
i've got the email script ok and the trigger for start sending the alarms, but my problem is the alarm Routing in the alarm distributor. is there any ways to link the sms alarm Routing into a script? in that way my Clients could set up who they want to receive sms theme selves in the Runtime.

my idea is to do it like this:

alarm trigger active--> get sms Routing list, save how many numbers in a string and all the unique numbers in a string array --> use a for loop to send out email to a sms Gateway one by one.

If the list is preset in design time,this can be done using actions on a Button

Then click modify recievers
