TouchComboBox

Post by sianfa »

I want to use some kind of headline that isn't possible to choose, something like "Choose among the options below...", that is shown as the default text. Before you have chosen one of the alternatives.

If I add it to the list without a function connected to it it's still shown. So I tried to add a Text above the TouchComboBox and use Visibility from the dynamics tab to configure if it's supposed to be shown or hidden. The problem is that TouchComboBox always hides the Text. I've used the Object Browser to make sure the Text is in front, but it still doesn't work. The TouchComboBox is always in front. I can see this by placing half the text above it and half in a free area, and I can see half of it.

Is there any way to make this work as I want?

Looks like you found a bug. I will report it to the Developers. For some reason, the TouchComboBox always comes to the front. That should not happen.

Unfortunately, I do not know when this will be fixed or when the iX version with this fix in will be released.
