I'm working with an iX T70 Panel and iX Developer v. 1.31.

We are having some problems with an application, we downloaded the last ImageLoader in order to see if they are solved.

The panel had the version 6.0 build 360 and with ImageLoader b0373 (file IML_b0373.exe for iX Panels)it was upgraded to version 6.0 build 373.

While we were upgrading, the image in the panel turned 180 degrees. Then, when the upgrade process was finished the screen remain turned. We've changed switches to RunMode and then to ServiceMode and screen remains the same.

The worst part was while the ServiceMode was set. When you press a button on the top of the screen, the button actually pressed and actuated was the one which was in the bottom.

What can we do to solve the screen rotation?

I'm not aware of any support for rotation with that panel. The screen should stay in Landscape view. Is that not the case?

This happens when I download ImageLoad. The application is erased from the panel when firmware update is made.

In fact, screen rotation happens when EBoot version 0373 is downloaded, even before NKBIN is downloaded.

I had to downgrade to ImageLoad v 6.0 build 360 to solve this but I need to install the last update to see if some problems we are having depends on the firmware.

Sorry, I forget to say that panel is an iX T70 panel.

Can you clarify how the screen is rotating? Is it 90, 180 or 270 degrees?

Some more information on the error you are seeing.

The problem is that the FID data in the iX T70 needs to be re-programmed.
More specific it's the power card version that is wrong and have to be
changed.
Unfortunately, the iX T70 needs to be sent to service to solve this
problem.

However, if the iX T70 is downgraded to the image that was used before the
upgrade, the screens will be displayed correctly again.
But if you need to upgrade the image to b373 the unit must be sent to
service.
