ftp folder issue

I have the same program running on two T7A panels. One panel has firmware version 6.0.73 and the other has 6.0.365. The program is designed to write diagnostic information from our controller into the ftp folder "\FlashDrive\Project\Project Files\". This works on the .73 panel, but for some reason the ftp folder on the .365 remains blank (although I can upload files to it over ftp).

Was the ftp folder location changed between firmwares?

On another note, how do I update the firmware so the two panels have the same version?
