I have an analog numeric control. I would like to limit what the user can type into it. But those limits change from day to day, so it doesn't make sense to hard code them. Is there a way to have the analog numeric's "Upper Limit" and "Lower Limit" linked to a tag? Or could I do it with a script somehow?

You can use dynamics to set your upper and lower limits via a tag.
