Error by transfer

Post by wlederer »

Strange problem.
When transfer is activated the error message appears:
Project Transfer. It is only possible to start one instance of ProjectTransfer.
What does it mean? How can I get rid of it?
Tried to reboot both laptop and HMI, even deleted project in the panel. Did not help. I work with Dell Vostro with 32 bit Windows 7 Professional
regards, Waldemar

Waldemar,

Do you get the same error if you run iX as administrator?

Take a look at option 2 on this page:

Can you run it as administrator that way, or any of the others?
