Old alarms in the database file

Hello

I have several projects running on PC's now.
But from time to time, there is a old alarm message hanging in the system.
When i restart the project (after a update fx.) the alarm distributor send several mail's and SMS to me.
I have opened the database file and removed the alarm, but i after some time the problem comes again.?

Is there a function to clear the alarm distributor?
