Summary alarm notify

Hello,
I have question about alarms. How to detect summary alarms states? For example: when any alarm is active then set BinTag to ON and when is not any alarm active then set BinTag to OFF. The same thing to Unacknowledge alarms.
Default system indicator can recognize this states, mayby some how i can read data from this indicator?
Can anyone help me?
