Screen Tittle Of Popup page

I have a problem about of multiple languages.
How i can change screen title name of popup page when the set language action is activated.

We understand that this is a very old post. You unfortunately can't set up the title on a pop up to be multi-language. That being said, you can disable the title on the pop-up, and use text to make a manual title on the pop-up screen and use multi-language on that text.
