CX Beckhoff + iX Runtime experience

Does anyone have experience with a Beckhoff CX PLC with Windows 7 Embedded operating system and iX runtime installed directly on the PLC?

We had a project where we run IX 2.10 on an CX2020. It does not work satisfying. It seems that the graphic card of the cx is too week for ix. A upgrade to a newer IX 2.20 version failed on the CX2020 controller.
Actually we are going to use the IX T15B panels which are working well.
