I ask you if there is some possibility or method to have a list of rights/functionality/privileges differences between the different levels of security group level : Administrators, Maintance, Operators

Isn't this something you define in your project based on how you configure control behavior? The list of rights/functionality/privileges for each group level (to which you could add other groups or remove existing groups) can be whatever you want it to be.

Yes, it is correct.
I asked if there is a way to extract a list, a report ... about the configuration of actual project.
