PC screen in portrait mode?

PC screen in portrait mode?

Is it possible to use a PC screen in portrait mode? In properties - Display/Target is the drop down list "Target rotate" disabled when choosing "Target type" PC but not any of the other displays.

Though you can not rotate the screen when selecting 'PC' as your target type, if you reverse your screen size dimensions, you will achieve the desired effect.
