Simulation error

Post by arunrf »

Hi

When I try and simulate the HMI I get the following error :

Storage provider "SQLite Database" is not registered.

I have tried on 2 different iX Developer ( v2.20) installations and both have the same error.

How do I fix this error so I casn run the simulation?

Cheers

Arun

Hi,

I have the same issue (on a virtual machine). Have you found a solution?

Did someone find a solution for this issue? I also get this error. I'm using iX Developer 2.20 (build 2.21.28.0).

Thanks

Dany

Did some digging - I can get the simulator and local PC run to work if I save the file to the C: drive, rather than a network drive (in my case, a VBox shared drive from the Linux host.) Worth trying on your systems to see if that fixes it.

This error typically appears if the Project or iX Developer is being opened from a non-standard location (such as My Documents or Program Files) like a network drive. (e.g. X:\iX Developer 2.40 SP2 Projects)

Can you confirm that the project and iX are both being opened from a folder on your local machine?
