Display size truncated in simulation

Both Online and Offline simulator truncate the display size on the right and bottom sides. Significantly, about 1/4 of the size.
Tried on different computers with 32-bit Win7 and 64-bit Win10.
Tried versions 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, downloaded from the Beijer site.
Tried installing immediately after resetting Win10 to factory state, to exclude interaction with other software.
Nothing helps.

This issue is mainly seen when the DPI settings on the Computer desktop aren't set to 100%.

Can you confirm your DPI settings are set to 100%?
