I need you to send me your entire project. It looks like a file got corrupted somewhere. To find out where that is, I need the entire project. If you are using iX 2.0, you can use the "Compress Project" button next to the "Download" button, where you transfer a project to a HMI.
Else, you can delete the BuildFiles and Temp folders, then zip the project and private message me the project.

You have to send me the project for me to fix it. You can PM me your project.

I couldnt compress the project with Ix developer 2.0 cause I can't open my project since the error pops up at the opening of the project.
I just tried twice to join my folder zipped in the message but each time I waited 30 minutes and nothing happened...Is there any other I can send you the folders?

You can delete the Temp and buildFiles directory in your project folder and then zip your project up. It should be small enough to PM me with it then.

If you open the YourProject\terminal.xml file with
Notepad++ you can see that it is just filled with NUL values.
The terminal.xml contain information about what hardware platform is used in the project, so to solve this:
1. Create a new project that is configured for the same platform as the original project.
2. Copy the terminal.xml file from this project to the old project with the corrupt file, overwriting it.
3. You should now be able to open the original project.
