Access to CF or USB memory via FTP

Is it possible to access files on external USB or CF memory which is connected to TxA or TxB terminal?

Yes, take a look at this thread. You can access USB or SD card directly through script. Also, some Actions such as Recipe Export allow you to select where you want to export the Recipe csv file to. The options include a USB or external memory card.
