Hello all,
I just wanted to ask if anyone has experience with a slow response to VNC.
I am directly connected with HMI (TxA,TxB) and PC via VNC and the response is around 2-3s. Remote access is practically unusable. I reduced the color quality to a minimum and there was a slight improvement, but it looks like Beijer can't transmit data faster over VNC.
If I wanted to have remote access to the panel (VNC) done in the company, so there would be a problem because response HMI's 2-3s and the demand for remote access is Max 1s. Techniques which would be sitting in the control room would react very late. Is there any way to improve the response speed of the VNC (Max 1s).

Re: Slow response to the VNC
Try using the TightVNC Client rather than connecting through a web browser. The performance is better.

Hi
Even TightVNC response is about 2-4s. I also used the Remote Access Viewer v1.5.4, for iX Panels. It seems that the panel Beijer can not send more data than 123kbit / s

Hello
I have used a 4" TxA display, and there was the response time about 1-200ms i think.
I have a connection to a E1032 panel, from PC and my smartphone, and there is the response time even smaller.
Is the program very large?
Do you use Scripts?
You can make a system page, where you can see CPU use and Mem. use.

Hello
Project size is very small. I use two screens, no scripts. CPU use is about 1-10ms.
