After upgrading ixDeveloper to 2.4 SP4 we can't download to our X2pro HMIs.
We keep getting "Error: File or assembly name 'System.Data.SqlServerCe,'

Someone please help!

Have you tried rebuilding the project (Project > Rebuild) before transferring to the panel?
