Qterm A7 Image Loader

I got a firmware update from support and they refer to an ImageLoader. Is there somewhere I can download it? I urgently need it for Qterm A7 3654R.

What file did you get from support? Was it named something like: QIML_v1.16.exe?

If so, that is the image loader, and it should look something like this:

If you don't have that file already, you can download it from the website.

It will be located under the Resources tab under System Program.
