ix HMI read zeros

Hi all

Please find the attachment , This is my first time here, and I have face a problem with on if our unit ( ix HMI ) the screen on the HMI show me vfd , back drive and others and all the screen reads zeros , for example , the vfd parameters are all zero and even I can't not configure them manually when I tried to put a value , so I really don't know the problem , is it the communication between the HMI and the controller ? I'm first time using ix developer and I need your help to solve this problem .

Maj,

This sounds like a communications issue. How are you communicating with the devices?

Are there any Alerts in the upper left hand corner?

Have you verified the data at the VFDs etc.? and seen that they are not actually 0?

Has the PLC "lost" its program?
