Error While Adding Report Excel in Project

Dear Sir

I am using T12B panel and iX version 2.0 Build 2.0.356.0. I am trying to add Report Excel file in iX project but while rebuild or saving giving error. I am creating excel in Project1\Project Files\Reports\Templates\Sample.xls and then added in project by browse in reports. Error is attached below.
Please reply asap.

This error usually occurs when the excel spreadsheet is open in another program. If the excel program is still open with this sheet then it will fail in this way. Or any other program open for editing can cause this as well.
