E1022 "transmission error" while uploading from HMI to PC

Good afternoon.

I am trying to upload the program from an E1022 HMI.
Connection is opening normally, uploading starts also normally but when reaches to "tx drv conf" it stops automatically, "transmission error" is received on e-designer and HMI returns to run mode.

I am using a fabricated Cab30 cable and i have tested three different USB to serial adapters.

Just for your information i am trying to replace the HMI, because functions buttons are not working.

We have noticed with USB adapters the ones that contain the FTDI chip have a higher success rate. Do you know if any of your USB adapters utilize this chip?

Also, what about the buttons are failing?
