Micrologix 1400 communication issues and station defaults

When I initally started my project I was able to communicate with the PLC. I have updated some of the screens and now lost my communications. Please see PLC and HMI settings attached files. I have tried a number of combinations but can not establish comminications.

I am able to communicate with my plc and hmi via my laptop. I have performed multiple downloads to either device.

I am also having another issue with the station setting remaining at the specified address. I will make changes and then download. Sometimes when I go back and check the station I find a default 192.168.1.1

I have not determined what causes this number to change.

Can you please verify the:
1. IP Address and Subnet of your HMI
2. The IP Address and Subnet of your PC
3. The IP Address and Subnet of your Micrologix 1400
?
