iXT7B communication Break issue with Fx3U PLC

Dear Sir/Ma'am

We are facing communication break issue in iXT7B and FX3U PLC in following conditions.
1.In proper communication condition when you switch off iX panel and again power ON it after 1Hr or so, "comm. error" is displaying on screen. Then you need to connect and disconnect communication cable several times to start communication again. Same issue on both com2 and com4 port.
2.We also done self test after communication break. Please check self test result attached.
3.please find attachment for Communication parameter set in iX panel settings. Cable configuration is also proper.

So please let us know
Is it hardware issue? or any other settings required for the same.

Please provide a wireshark or serial comm printout and send it into support@beijerinc.com
