I need to read data from a GPIB protocol device for test system.

Is it possible, if yes where I must begin.

I think i need a general rs232.

There are no GPIB ports on any of Beijer products. You will need to use a converter Ethernet or Serial. Write a serial or Ethernet script to communicate with it. If the USB driver is available, it must be a Windows CE compatible driver in order for it to work.
