Modbus RS485 prompts: Call to CreateFile() returned error 2!

Hello

does someone else get this Message after Loading a Projekt with Modbus over RS485. It only happens when i make a Modbus station with seriell connection, tcp connections are not affected.

I could not find anything about this error Message in the help or in the Forum.

Nepokadneza,
This generally happens when an invalid comm port is selected. This can vary by panel type so refer to the controller help file to find the appropriate Comm port for your device.



And adjust it in the controller settings:

HI - I realise that this is a very old topic but I stumbled across it by typing in the error code that I am getting. I am using a T7A HMI. I have set the COM Port to COM2 and set the COM2 to use RS485. (see screen shots below) Any ideas what the issue could be?
