How to hold time momentory with IX Developer

I need to transfer program from PWS3261 to T10E (or T10A). But I have a problem, how to hold time momentory 2 (s) with IX Developer:

This is config button in Hitech ADP 3.2

Try this.

In the Project -> Settings there is a tab called "Mouse/Touch Input Delay".
The default time is 2000ms.

Create a button and enable "DelayMouseInput" in the Property Grid for that button.
