Numeric value position shifting in database report

Dear All

I have used ftex() function to display numeric value in data base report. while executing this function I am getting numeric value position shift when the value change.

For example

Val-1 val-2 val-3 val-4
0 0 12 34
123 22 322 646

I have attached the code
