How to upgrade or install a new Control Driver

This FAQ describes how to upgrade or install a new controller driver in iX Developer.
1) Right Click on the iX Developer application and select "Run as Administrator"
2) Open up a project, doesn't matter what project it is. Now go to the file menu and select "Update Drivers". If your driver is in a folder on you system, select "Update Drivers From File". Otherwise select "Update Driver From Internet".
3) If you elect to update drivers from the Internet, it will ask you if you want to use a proxy server, you can just press OK. Use the "Mark Newer" button to upgrade all drivers where there is a newer version online. Press the "Download" button to download and install the drivers.
4) Close iX Developer and open it again by right clicking on the iX Developer application and select "Run as Administrator". Your new drivers will now be active. You can now open iX Developer as you normally do, by double clicking on the shortcut.
