Connection Problems FX3U ENET Driver with TCP

Hello,

I´m having problems connecting a FX3GE PLC through Ethernet over the ADP module to a iX T7A Panel via TCP.
I´m using the FX3U-ENET driver with mixed read protocol.

The same setup works just fine over UDP but with TCP it immediatly generates an error on the PLC´s ADP module which says "A specific command or subcommand is wrong"

In the Ethernet Diagnostics of the PLC i can see the IP adress and the port from which the request came, in this case the panel, but thats about it.

Am I missing any settings or is the driver not working propely ?

Hi Roman,

Problem what you have is, that FX3GE has Ethernet on left ( it's the same module as FX3U-ENET-ADP - only is integrated in PLC) so you need change the port on TCP. It's not 5551 but it's 5556

There is help in setting where you can read it. Make sure that you have the latest version of friver.

Yes It works with port no. 5556.
But where can you read about this?
Could not se it in the Help file, and only because of your reply to Roman.

Sorry for my bad navigations, I work primarily with mitsubishi. This port is used for communication with the module in other software. This port is mentioned in the manual for the FX3U-ENET-ADP user manual not in iX Help ( see picture ). Beijers has not integrated FX3GE or FX3U-ENET-ADP in to the help file yet( in IX HELP is mention that you need to see hw manual ), because it's relative new product but thats not problem for Beijer because it's realy good hw.
