Hello,
I need help with a Qterm A12 Backlight issue. I have checked the Automatically turn off backlight notification and expect the backlight to turn off after 120 seconds. But it just wont turn off...
Is there something else I need to take care of as well?

If this is still an issue, check to ensure your firmware is up to date.
