Hasp licens key

I have a windows 7 boxpc with Ix 2.10 (250 tags runtime license.)
have a little trouble getting IX to find Hasp license.
1. Sentinel Hasp license manager is running in windows services.
2. On Sentinel 'localhost' I can see that Hasp license is ok, but IX never connect.
3. Have tried to disable the firewall. (nothing is blokking port 1947, telnet is working)
4. USB license works fine on my laptop.
5. Have tried to reinstall IX.

Im running out of good ideas.

Are you using to many tags?

On my PC's there are no problems. I just insert the USB Hasp key, and then the program finds the key, and then it run's "for ever"
