Soft reboot when valid project detected on USB

This project has a thread that looks for a valid project on a connected USB. When a valid project is detected, it initiates a soft reboot when the timer reaches 100 seconds. The timer was put in to give an operator time to pull the USB out of the panel after it successfully loads. Warning: leaving the USB connected that contains a valid project will continuously reboot the panel every 100 seconds.
