Hello,
For the moment I have a situation where I have a Siemens PLC and a Beijer T7BR screen, which have been communicating with each other in the past.
Due to the IP-range of the customer the IP settings should be changed so they can get the communication between the PLC and their SCADA.
The IP address of the PLC is changed according to their range.
The IP address of the HMI also needs to be changed, in IX developer their is a possibility to create an 'Show IP settings'. Which will show the IP settings of the HMI. If I change the IP settings in this action, will the IP address of the HMI also change, or do I need to upload a new project with the IP address already changed?
Please help me,
With Kind Regards,
Colin
Changing IP-settings in HMI
Re: Changing IP-settings in HMI
are you wanting to change the IP of the HMI?
I believe you do it from the settings menu when the screen powers up. once the hour glass appears on screen touch anywhere on the screen and continue to touch until a white background appears. enter settings menu from there.
