Change alphabetic keyboard to QWERTY

Hi,

I'm using iX T10A panel, and keyboard for password entering is appeared as alphabetic keyboard. Can I change it to QWERTY? Cause it's struggle for anyone to find letter...

Hi Phong,

I have been unable to recreate your problem. I believe your using version 1.30 of iX Developer. Do you have multiple languages turned on? Here are a few ideas. If none of them work, the best option would be for you to email support your project at support.americas (at) beijerelectronics.com that has the issue.

Make sure that you have the right keyboard enabled in the settings menu. You want the US keyboard layout.

If you have multiple languages enabled, you need to select the keyboard layout you want here as well.
