It seems that T7AM units is not reading the USB drive during the boot process and loading the existing project. I tried several times and with different flash drives. No dialog is showing to install the project. I have following folders and files in the flash drive:
Project
TransferBinaries
TransferClient.exe
TransferClient.exe.config

What USB did you use.
The USB memory stick must follow the standard for the USB mass storage device class. There is a certification process for USB products and if the product pass this testing, it supports one of the USB classes.

I think your USB drive have some internal problem. so at first you try to solve this problem. Then you can try to update your USB drive. Thanpk you.
