Connecting few HMI Panels

Hello

Would be very thankful, if you could provide some advice, how to connect few HMI Panels (iX T15BR) to one project (iX 2.0) Is it enough to add them in Conntroller->Settings->Stations or it is necessary to configure OPC Server ?
Also should it be duplicated to both PLC (Siemens S7-300), if it two of them or the should be added like a single unit.
