how to delete all recipe

hello,

i have created a project in which i have put numbers of buttons with action like, save, load, delete..

with delete button i can delete only one recipe at a time..
suppose i have 50 recipes and if i wanted to delete them all at a time, than how can i do that??..

please help me with this..
